Irish-owned beauty brands BPerfect Cosmetics, Voduz Haircare and Mrs Glam teamed up to host their highly successful Retailer Live event at the Kilashee Hotel in Naas.
This exclusive gathering brought together over 150 representatives of distinguished wholesalers and retailers, including industry giants such as Shaws, Lloyd’s, Uniphar, McCauleys, Hickeys, Adrian Dunne, Dunnes Stores, Mulligans, Your Local Pharmacy, Ryans, McCormacks, Chemco, and Meaghers.
Guests were welcomed by host and BPerfect Ambassador Gerry Lavz, who introduced the trailblazers behind the brands, including Brendan McDowell, co-owner of Voduz and owner of BPerfect Cosmetics, Denise Phillips, co-owner of Voduz, and esteemed makeup artist and brand collaborator, Michelle Regazzoli-Stone.




During an engaging introduction to the Mrs Glam range, Michelle captivated the audience with a 30-minute masterclass on effective selling techniques for this highly sought-after line.
This engaging demonstration tackled retailers’ most common queries, offering expert advice on applying products to both mature and young skin, and tips on how to recommend the perfect shade, with the aim of empowering teams to boost their customer interactions and sales.
Recognising outstanding performance among their retail partners, the brands proudly presented awards for Best New Product Activation, Best Standards, Most Consistent Store, Top Achieving Store, Best Up & Coming, Best In-Store Execution, and Best Brand Loyalty.
It culminated with the announcement of the overall winner across both brands, celebrating the dedication and success of their retail and wholesale partners.





Brendan’s exciting insights into upcoming product developments sparked huge enthusiasm among retailers.
He revealed details of their summer launches, featuring the Golden Hour Face & Eye Palette, beloved Travel Sets, The Cheek Shimmer Liquid Blush, and the highly anticipated Lip Library.
This new line of lip products, born out of significant and longstanding consumer demand, includes a full range of liners, glosses, and lipsticks.
Attendees were also treated to a preview of BPerfect’s Christmas sets, promising incredible selling potential.

Discussions also included upcoming collaborations with TikTok star Annalivia Hynds and Erin McGregor, further expanding the brand’s reach and appeal.
In addition to their product showcases, BPerfect explored attention-grabbing and aesthetically appealing furniture options, with the aim of enhancing the retail experience for both partners and customers alike.
Guests concluded the event with a delightful goodie bag, a lively DJ set, and to complement the brands’ playful and inclusive personalities, an entertaining drag performance by Vicky Volltz.
