A host of key press and fashionistas stepped out for Marks & Spencer’s Autumn Winter 18 showcase last week.
The showcase was held at their famous rooftop café on Grafton Street, and guests were given a sneak peek at what’s to come from M&S in the colder months.
Francesca Zedda, Head of Trend Content for M&S, introduced attendees to the new pieces coming to stores, including The Foundation Edit – which offers a curation of wardrobe essentials.
The AW18 collections include a host of new pieces, from LBDs to luxe faux fur coats, all inspired by different themes.
Autumn sees the arrival of Poetic, as top to toe colour takes a new feminine direction.
Consumers are promised a palette of pinks to set the tone; from soft blush and rose, to rich burgundy and fuchsia.
Sartorial sees classic shapes and chic tailoring reworked through a sports luxe lens, as emerald green and cobalt blue update the aesthetic.

Arriving in Winter, Soft Heritage explores sumptuous layers of animal print and caramel tones, with a hint of lilac lifting the overall mood.
Hero dresses and statement pieces, are elegantly pared back, for a modern interpretation of the season. Meanwhile, a rich colour palette of teal and ochre, are punctuated by dramatic accessories, to depict luxury with an edge.
