The MTV Video Music Awards took place last night at the Radio City Music Hall in NYC.
From performances from Jlo and Ariana Grande it was an amazing award show.

She walked the red carpet with her beau Alex Rodriguez.
The singer performed a melody of her hits during the show and also picked up the Michael Jackson video vanguard award.

The blonde bombshell sure turned heads last night.
Continuing the silver trend of the evening, the model looked sensational in a a silver studded Elie Saab gown, with gold trim.
The 26-year-old kept her locks in loose waves and went for a dewy makeup look.

The mother of one went for a simple, chic look.
She accompanied her baby daddy Travis Scott to the award show and wore a Tom Ford white blazar dress.
She kept her hair swept back in a bun and went for a natural makeup look.

The new mum certainly slayed the red carpet.
Cardi wore a figure hugging of the shoulder plum dress, which also had a plunging neckline and huge thigh slip.
The rapper opened up the VMA’s show.

The singer 25, wore a metallic mini dress with knitted gun metal over-the-knee boots.
Ariana walked the red carpet with her fiancé Pete, which was their first red carpet together.
The pair looked extremely loved up kissing and cuddling while posing for photos.
Shay Mitchell
The Pretty Little Liars turned heads on the red carpet.
She donned a orange and white mini dress, which also incorporated a deep v at the front.
She kept her hair styled behind her shoulders so as to show off her dress.
Winnie Harlow
The model certainly turned heads at the award show.
She wore a nude Zuhair Murad dress for the ceremony which she also was fashion correspondent for MTV.
The former ANTM contestant was also at the pre-show, where she donned an off-the-shoulder Fendi dress.

Never afraid to take a risk with her fashion outfits, the singer certainly had all eyes on her in this gown.
Rita wore a floor-length mesh gown, which featured black squiggled embroidery all over the bodice and skirt.
The former X Factor judge accessorised with a thick choker and little black squiggles beside her eyes to mimic her dress.
